Ruru Picnic -original painting

The magical Ruru owl of the forests of Aotearoa loves to have a quiet picnic when the sky is dark and the world grows a bit quieter. In the moonlight, he gets cosy amongst the flowers and leaves, and sips a warm beverage to help him on his way through the evening. This picnic helps the Ruru to spread wisdom and guardianship across his sacred forest and make sure it is protected for all of his fellow forest-dwelling creatures.
