Refund policy

I do not accept returns of original art so please choose carefully. For returns or refunds of prints or merchandise printed via my ‘printed magick’ section, please contact Fine Art America for assistance. They should have provided a contact form with your purchase. I do not accept returns of gift cards.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that your art has arrived damaged, please take photos and keep all packaging. Contact me right away with photographs so I can begin a claim through the postal service. They may require you to take the art with the full packaging to your local post office as part of the claims procedure. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
