Obie, Orla & the Apple of Eternal Rainbows - Ceramic Sculpture set

Obie and Orla are the dragon-protectors of hopes and dreams. These hopes and dreams reside inside the apple of eternal rainbows and are kept safe from the monsters of doubt and fear until each person is ready to embrace them. In Norse mythology the apple is able to grant immortality and so enclosing hopes and dreams into this apple makes them eternal. Rainbow brings peace beauty in a storm and so our dreams and hopes are the beauty amongst the doubt.

Paper clay (kiln fired)
Underglaze + clear gloss glaze in some areas

Obie:
20cm tall
front width - ear to ear: 15cm
side width - tail to nose: 22cm

Orla:
nose to tail: 17cm
top to bottom: 13cm
spike to spike: 13cm

Apple: 9cm tall

**PLEASE NOTE:
All my ceramic sculptures will be packaged with many layers of packaging with a lot of care to ensure they get to you safely. I will also send them international courier which has an insurance component. However - due to the fragile nature of these sculptures I cannot 100% guarantee that the postal workers will treat them with the care they deserve and there is a chance they may turn up broken. If this happens I will do everything in my power to seek compensation from NZ post, so please take photos and keep all packaging and message me right away if this happens. In the unlikely event that they refuse to compensate I will not be able to refund you. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. I do of course hope this will never be an issue.
