Kereru Picnic - original painting

The Kereru is always looking out for a place to rest and eat and when she finds just the right spot, she can be seen eating berries and fruits for most of the day. This big colourful pigeon enjoys this pastime so much that you cant help but feel her enjoyment if you ever walk past her. And even when it is difficult to fly after filling her belly a little bit more full that she should have, she will be sure to set up a picnic for herself again tomorrow. Life is all about enjoyment right?
